**Coverage

- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Specific items such as curtains, which are guaranteed to be of high quality, but are not covered under the standard wear and tear policy.

**Additional Return Policy:**
For items that show significant issues like tears or major defects:
- **7-Day Return Policy:** If your product has any tears or significant defects, it can be returned within 7 days of receipt. This allows us to ensure you receive a product in perfect condition.

**How to Claim:**
If you experience any issues with your product, please follow these steps:

2. Provide a detailed description of the issue, including photos if possible.
3. Our team will guide you through the warranty claim process and ensure a prompt resolution, whether that means a repair, replacement, or return.

We try and resolve all queries within a day.

We offer free delivery on all orders. We pay from our pocket for getting the product delivered to you. In fact, we lose a lot of money if your delivery doesn't happen and the product is returned to us.

So when you place your order, please provide complete address and accept the order when the courier partner comes for delivery.

For Prepaid orders: There is no order verification time. We will ship your order within 1 day and we will try to get it delivered to you within 4-5 days.

For Cash on Delivery orders: Please expect 1-2 days for order verification, and another day for processing, and a few more days for delivery. In total, you should have your product within 1 week.

We have an easy 5 day return policy. Simply create a return request and we'll ship you a replacement.
